Meet up with your favorite buddies or someone who can snoop out the great sales, and make a day of shopping until you drop. Break for lunch at a terrific restaurant. Later in the day, head back to your home with purchases and friends in tow. Have some wine and cheese, or hot chocolate and cookies ready to round out the night with some gossip and gift-wrapping. It’s a great way to take care of a chore in a pleasant way.
